The three standards we hold
Our facility is certified to:
● ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System. Registration No. AB10XVII62024091.
● ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management System. Registration No. CD10XVII62024092.
● ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational Health & Safety Management System. Registration No. EF10XVII62024093.
All three are certified by Globus Certifications Private Limited, accredited by the United Accreditation Foundation (UAF), and valid from 17 January 2026 to 16 January 2029 with annual surveillance. The certified scope covers the manufacture of building metal products through precision fabrication — CNC cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and custom structural metal assemblies. What each one means for you
● ISO 9001 (quality) means our process is documented and repeatable: parts are checked dimensionally against your drawing before dispatch, non-conformities are recorded and corrected, and the tenth part in a batch is made the same way as the first.
● ISO 14001 (environment) means we manage the environmental side of production — waste, material use and disposal — to a recognised standard.
● ISO 45001 (health & safety) means the workshop runs to a formal safety management system, which matters on projects that vet their supply chain for HSE.
An honest note on welding
These are management-system certifications. They are not welding-code qualifications, and we do not claim to be. Morshedi welds by MIG and laser welding only; welds are visually inspected and checked dimensionally against the drawing, and supplier material test reports are available on request for traceability. If your project has a formal welding-qualification requirement, tell us at enquiry stage and we will discuss how to meet it — we would rather scope it honestly than over-claim.

Certification is not a marketing badge; it is something a client’s QA department can verify before a contract is signed. Founded in 2022 and led by a team with over 20 years in metal fabrication, Morshedi built these systems in to make the buying decision easier: a documented quality process, a managed workshop, and paperwork that stands up to a pre-qualification check.
